Gravatar ohmygosh and thanks for the heads up. Since I practically live in the wine department at Davidson's I just might have been tempted. Do you know how long they've been open? Not an excuse, but maybe a visit at a later time might be worth a try.

Gravatar I believe ~3 months ... Westword gave them props on a few things - I guess I should have had the meatloaf, the little ones liked that ... still, a lot of misses, hopefully they up their game ... I'd be happy to give 'em another shot if they do.


Gravatar I have had the oppertunity to work under Chef Franklin, or as us line cooks called him," Mathew", for three years. He is by far one of the most creative chefs i have ever worked for. He has inspired me to be a better chef and cook, as well as many others. I think that everyone should try farro. It's a great place, and if Mathew is ther you can bet, that the food is going to be awesome. Give em hell Matt.


Gravatar ok B Dog, I'll bite ... where do you work now so I can come check your food out? Happy to give Chef Franklin another chance, every restaurant has a bad night and I truly am hoping Farro works out the kinks - the concept is great!
