Keira Knightley plays the Jayalalitha Character, Johnny Depp plays the nambiyaar Character, Will Turner plays the MGR character and all others also similar...

Pirates of the Caribbean deals with black magic and other stuff in the story, in Ayirathil Oruvan its about freedom
