After reading this one you posted, I will have to check out those links embedded in your post. When I think of the name "Advisorjim", I am reminded of the "Reverend Jim" played by Christopher Loyd from Taxi. I think he was my favorite character after Latka.
Regarding relatives being wingnuts, I think my mother is one. Her views on some things really take me aback.

I don't remember that specific one, but as a whole, Loyd really could play the shaky x-drugger, perfectly.
