I hope Bush will learn that while using divisive rhetoric can be effective in getting someone elected, it's very difficult to employ to effectively govern using it. It's even more difficult to govern by using actions that are divisive.

But then again, I think he might not even realize that he's a divisive figure - remember how he kept saying he was a uniter, not a divider?
