I would put "Education Funding Today: Like Hunting Bear With A Slingshot."
It's amazing that the politicians who created this tripe known as NCLB are expecting us to all of a sudden make kids smart and pass standardized tests, yet they only provide us with barely more than the minimum funding required to attempt to accomplish this goal.

The real problem for us the actual word Abortion The word implies something good will not occur - It is an abortion, or Was aborted.
To win this debate, words like this cannot be used at all. Never invoke their frame !!
Instead something ... like Pre-life decision should be considered. The minute a phrase like this comes out a wing nut is going to start debating when thier faith determines when life begins - conception, - or who knows these days it might even be insertion - intent to procreate without ejaculation might be an abortion ..Gee...I don't know I better check with pastor bob . Maybe thats why there is so much research into male sexuality issues. If you can get it up, you better be ready to use it.
Seriously though...
The idea is to back them up into corner where it is clearly a faith based decision, or the saftey of the mother. It's human nature to protect the life of the mother, and reject anyone imposing their own faith on yourself, or others - Unless you are a wingnut then up is down, and these human natures are double plus good.

You are correct {Tlacolotl- from D-Kos post} - about Pro-Choice - it should be aborted in this debate..
The problem for our side about this debate is- no one should even be injecting thier faith or beliefs about when life begins upon anyone else beyond the obvious viability stage.
If so there is no freedom of religion and morality is mandated / legislated. This is really a scientific issue. If someday we can test tube a child from zygote to living human - then we have a medical ethics debate to tackle.
In short there shouldn't even be a debate other than when is life viable, and when does it deserve legal protection and status. Something Short and sweet would be
Liberty for the Viable
or
Pre-Life Decisions are a Faith based Initiative combined with
My faith is mine
If the frame is already established it makes sense - Until, it's an inside reference and appears to be very arrogant to the outside - just like Pro-Choice is.
We need to destroy their phony frame and supplant our own before any of this simple message stuff will work.
