I agree completely. Like I said, our elected officials aren't really too concerned about it because they won and winners don't question the result. This is an issue that's going to have to be pushed from outside the beltway.

I like your suggestion though. How about formatting it this way:

hold them acCOUNTable.
demand a paper trail.
