Back in the 90s, when Rush was becoming a rising star, I saw him on a show...Barbara Walters, or something. I, also, thought he was nothing but show. He was almost calm and quiet. He, actually seemed like a nice fellow. Then I knew he was nothing but a personality. What you heard on the radio wasn't what you got in real life.
With that said, he deserves to be smacked down for what he has said about Cindy and others. I don't mind people having a differece of opinion, in fact, I welcome it, but the man is simply a slimeball and went over the line. He knew this would be taken "wrong" when he said it. A perfect was he could act like a victim.
I hope some of his followers open their eyes and see what is in front of them...Naw, never happen.

As far as Rush, some things he says I agree with. Some things he says, I don't agree with. (Now THAT'S a groundshaking stance, isn't it?) I've always seen him as an egomaniac, and this incident doesn't do anything to change that.
Saying what he said is one thing. It's his first ammendment right to say what he pleases. But to deny what is PROVEN and RECORDED to be true, well, that's just plain D-U-M-B.
Well, you must decide what's more important! Maybe you can have Mrs. Kissfan tell more stories about you
Rush Limbaugh may not believe half of what he spouts, but he does spout bullcrap. He is a jerk. Whether he's a nice man or not, he's still a jerk. He causes a lot of hatred with his show. That is something he will burn in "hell for eternity" for.
...and I hope he has acid indigestion and diarrhea, hourly.

Unfortunately, she's just as busy as I am. She's in her last semester of graduate work plus she's a full-time teacher. (We don't see much of each other during the school year.) I'm sure she'll be more than happy to tell more stories when she gets the chance, though.
