unfortunately, the Republicans will be running on the "War On Terror" issue, the one thing they got that they beat the Democrats on. Iknow, it's the same old song and dance, but they're old dogs and they don't want to learn new tricks. (Besides, it will distract the people from finding out how corrupt and incompetent they are)
