Funny we have a Mexican place called Chuys that is awesome here in Houston. It has an Elvis look and feel - very strange and different but fun. Nothing quite like it around. Has to be experienced to be understood. Good food . Since the baby has come we haven't been there... now I have a Chuy's craving!

I love Chuys. They have great queso and one of their hot sauces is good (the cilantro one). They have something else I really loved too, but I can't remember.
As for Chevys, never been there. But I see Kathy Griffin eat there all the time on her show.
