Very sad, really this has been happening all across Europe and in the UK also.
Here it's been a deliberate attack on Christianity and bigging up of islam over the past decade at least.
That kinda tells us all, that the form of Fabian Communisim we are now ruled by has been very successful.
In Westminster we have 300 Fabians mainly in what's laughingly called the Labour party.
How this can be a Labour party when the likes of the Rothschilds are also Fabians leaves one somewhat perplexed.
The other two parties also have Fabians, infiltration occured decades ago.
The Church was also infiltrated as here we see the Arch-Dhimmi of Canterbury the Marxist.
It's no big secret that the EUSSR is almost completely Fabian dominated.

And we can no longer look to America for any aid, the last election both presidential candidates were CFR members a Fabian baby.

Now we have Obama also Joe Biden both CFR Fabians.

One of the founders of Fabianism George Bernard Shaw wrote in 1936 that within 100 years islam should rule England, nay Europe.
Fabians have gradually worked at bringing this nightmare to fruition.

A True man of God would not deny the evil of islam.

There are a few bloggers here researching the Fabians from their beginnings in 1884.

Herkenbaar.

"We jokingly refer to it as 'going on a visit to God'."

Ha. Ik heb het altijd over het "voorgeborchte van de PvdA".

Vriendelijke groet,

TtB,

A True man of God would not deny the evil of islam.

Yes, that *is* a kind of litmus test, isn't it? By the fruits, and all that.

Snouck,

Ha. Ik heb het altijd over het "voorgeborchte van de PvdA"

Yes, it has always been like that, I guess. For as long as I have been attending most sermons (and probably then: most ministers) fall into that category.

But I can't shake the impression that things have gotten worse ever since the PKN got into being. The mask seems to have dropped, and what is coming to us from the pulpit is at times naked socialist agitprop.

And I hate it with a passion!

Another test for the spiritual integrity of the church is if they any knowledge of Theosis.

Theosis means being remade in the image of Christ by action of the holy spirit. Theosis is the whole point of monasticism, and is the real meaning and intention of the church. It is taught only in the Eastern Churches now, mainly Orthodox, and in the West it has been forgotten and poorly substituted with worldly moral exhortation. This by itself is not enough to satisfy spiritual strugglers, ergo they will neither be charitable, nor will they be warriors of Christ.

Orthodox article on Theosis here

Va$ili,

Thanks for that. I read through it once now. Must sit down and read it more carefully.

Thanks very much for pointing this out to me.

The main reason that the church has become irrelevant is that it has become pacifist in the extreme. This pacifism is believed by many in the church to be the central teaching of Jesus, as in "Turn the other cheek". Thus the more detestable an ideology, such as Islam, the more the church will turn the other cheek. The more news there is of Christians being murdered by Muslims, the more the church will accommodate and appease Muslims. In the end, this leads people to have no respect for the church as an organisation. The church, it seems to many to violate the fundamental principle of life itself- Self-defence. No people will follow an idea or religion that is committing its followers to suicide or self-immolation.

What made the modern church turn so pacifist that it is virtually suicidal. Jesus was not a pacifist. He took a stand against evil. The Lord's Prayer is explicit, "Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven". That is, God's will is not done on earth as it should, and it is up to us to make sure that those who thwart it, are confronted and defeated. The devout Christians of the Middle Ages, far more devout and understanding then modern Christians, were quite sure that they had to physically defeat the Islamic invasions of Europe. They rightly believed, that Muslim victory would lead to the death of Christianity in Europe, and then to the death of civilisation. For this they were prepared to fight and die in the battlefield - fight and die, so that we could profit from their sacrifice, only to hand it to the barbarians, for we do not know the price they paid, and if we do, are not prepared to pay it.

Jesus also exhorted us that we should pluck out our eye if it offends us. Now some take this literally, but Jesus spoke in metaphors. He means that if some idea, people, or ideology deeply offends the goodness of Christian values, viz, Islam the anti-Christ religion, then it is our duty to pluck it out forcibly from our society, even though it is painful. Many liken Islam to a cancer. If this is not excised from the body, with or without anaesthesia, it will kill the body.

I notice also that most of the congregation of the churches I have been to, is made up of women. Men, particularly the young and dynamic, are visibly absent. In the mosque, the obverse is apparent. No organisation, or movement, can be without the aggressive dynamism that men bring to any movement. Only men can do this. Without dynamic, intelligent, forthright and “willing to fight” men in the church, not only is the church doomed, so is the West. OTH, if the reverse happens, Muslims will move out of Europe without even offering a fight.

Wise comment by DP111.

On the "turn the other cheek" quote I would like to add: there is significance in Jesus choosing the cheeks as a basis for the metaphor.

We only have two cheeks.

Can you elaborate on your last comment. Thanks

Anonymous 14.Jul.2009,

Well, I say that Jesus instructed to turn the other cheek in a high pitched honour culture, not much different from todays Muslim societies and other warrior cultures. In such a culture a mere insult is a slight to someone's honour and requires extreme retribution. The attitude is well summed up in Genesis 4:23-24. Jesus was in my opinion referring to these verses.

The verses read: "23 Then Lamech said to his wives:Adah and Zillah, hear my voice; Wives of Lamech, listen to my speech! For I have killed a man for wounding me, Even a young man for hurting me. 24 If Cain shall be avenged sevenfold, Then Lamech seventy-sevenfold.”

Jesus was persuading his audience to forgo retribution in case of an insult. There are always limits to be observed. Firstly Jesus teaching is about insults, not about attacks on one or one's dependants. A slap on the cheek is an insult. Not a life threatening attack.

Turning the other cheek can defuse the situation. It is an invitation to the other party to apologize and to restore harmony. A culture where every insult is the cause of feuding as discribed in my quote from Genesis causes its adherents to live under a heavy burden of fear.

Secondly, how many insults must one accept? We have two cheeks and so at the second insult it is obvious that the other party has an evil intention.

Also if some one keeps insulting, despite being turned the other cheek it has become established that that party is seeking to destoy one's reputation and subsequently one's and one's dependants lifes. Because if one is repeatedly insulted and one does not seek retribution it communicates to society than one is fair game. There is no reason to refrain from attacking such a misguided person. A cause of chaos and disharmony.

Going back to attacks. Must one seek retribution after having offered the other cheek and the insults continue? Yes one must to restore one's honour. For the sake of the security of oneself and one's dependants.

If one or one's dependants is not insulted but assaulted it is different. Does "turning the other cheek" mean that if one's wife is raped, one must go to the rapist and offer his daughters for the same treatment?

That would be ridiculous. If one is robbed, raped, burglared or such the whole "turn the other cheek" shebang does not apply. One must immediately use proportionate force to defend self, one's dependants and property.

That is how I read the Holy Scripture. The Scripture can never be a suicide pact. It yields it best fruits (Luke 6:43,44) in a real world context, for people who want to live and seek appliable knowledge.

These days most churches teach a suicidal pacifism and deny the existence of Evil in men. They are hostile to knowledge and therefore even Evil themselves. That is why common sense people do not bother with them.

Regards,

Snouck

Thanks.
