Guess-mode ON
Since specifically the Dutch version was removed, I suppose that Dutch speaking colleagues have done so. The same people who implemented the translation of nl.youtube.com and answer the daily support questions.
Who are those people? They just respond after a certain number of people clicked the 'report' button. They are no lawyers who know the Terms of Service by heart... They might be ordinary people with no clue about politics but with a nice job as the Dutch representatives of Youtube and happen to dislike Wilders. *Click!* there go the subbed videos.
Sorry, maybe I'm just guessing, but those are just people at work.
Remember how Ayaan Hirsi Ali missed her title as 'European Hero' to Job Cohen?

It's a typical Dutch phenomenon to never hold people and organizations responsible for results.
Fact is, Youtube shows the most abject terrorist propaganda. But they only clicks on the delete button when Islam critical stuff is involved.
Just as the overtly PC Times, they seem to breath PC idiocy. I don’t buy Times and I don’t trust Youtube with my content. Conservatives should look at alternatives if they like their freedom.
