Wow, that's amazing. I didn't think anyone these days (in the United States) could possibly remain that ignorant of computer basics! However, I can sympathize with the dead battery person. That sounds like the kind of brainless wonder that I turn into whenever I have a cold. =)

Hahaha! That's awesome! I've dealt with people like that... Actually, once I was a "people like that":
Sara: Mrs. Bowden, I cannot get my computer to turn on. No matter how long I hold in the power button it just stays off!!
Mrs. Bowden: Did you plug it in?
