This may not be a problem. See this, and if that does not solve it, then this might.

Passivity? I'm willing to listen to what you would have us (TBSC) do, outside of yelling and screaming about it. I've been keeping tabs on this story since it broke. Other than setting up an Easongate type blog what would you have me do? Krempasky has that covered at fec.redstate.org.
Trust me, when it comes to this issue I'm as red angry as you can get. But McCain knows that if Blogs become regulated he will have zero chance (even smaller now in light of his recent problems) of becoming our next president. The blogosphere would go ape-nuts, as it should. In fact McCain would have an equally as hard time keeping his job as Senator as Eason Jordan or Dan Rather had at keeping their jobs. Maybe you didn't read my earlier post here.
I hardly call that passive.
I understand that McCain/Fiengold is a restriction of freedom of speech, no one needs me to be convinced of

that, but it's important to remember, as Senator Fiengold said,
"So far, the FEC has not even proposed new regulations. When it does so, there will be ample opportunity for comment and debate about whatever proposal the FEC makes.
Yes, they have made troubling and shocking statements as of late, but they have not yet proposed new regulations yet.
When/if that day comes we'll (TBSC) and the entire blogoshpere will be all over it like white on rice. Count on it. But for now, we will have to "wait, see, and report."
