Re: CIA Purge
How terrible, she actually contributed money to a political party.
What's that has to do with leaking secrets, I'd like to know.

That she contributed to a political party is no problem at all. But if it doesn't have anything to do with the story, why do you think the New York Times brought it up?

How does this surprise you (us)?!?
Typical lib move to generate spin with the Plame revelation, but then stop coverage short when we finally start getting some real answers about who the leakers are. It’s infuriating!!!
They were salivating at the prospect of a White House leak and kept it front page for weeks—which was interesting since common sense dictated that someone in the CIA be complicit. Yet they didn’t care!!! Just like they don’t care now…
They just wanted the shortest link to Bush. If McCarthy doesn’t lead to the White House then it just will not get coverage.

"Let's forget for the moment the, shall we say, questionable news judgment of downplaying the story of a purge of unelected bureaucrats who've been at war with the elected government of this country since at least the summer of 2003."
Have to take my hat off also to anyone that can make eblogger work with this template.

Yeah, well, I don't have enough time or knowledge to do for myself what Blogger does. So you take what you can get.
I'm a self-taught VB programmer, though, and a lot of that involves looking at source code and trying to figure out how stuff works. Same here -- look at the source code and try to make it work for you.
Thanks for the compliment!
