As of right now, I'm thinking of using the Cascade Pima Tencel blend... it looks purty and soft!

Hi Chesley,
I'm an ocean away, but I'm going to give it a try (so it'll be a long-distance KAL)! I think I'll knit it for my daughter. I'll let you know what I'm knitting with and send you pictures once I have made some progress, is that okay?
Silly question, but DPN means douple-pointed needles, right?
Love,
Sophie

SOPHIE!!! YAY!! We'd love to have you KAL with us. Yes, DPN means double-pointed needles.
I hear you are coming to visit this summer - we can't wait to see you!
lots of love,

Go ahead and throw me in the mix too. Don't know what I will use for yarn yet . . .
I am picturing this for my baby sis maybe.

I can't wait to do one of these KALs. I would do one of these for Mindy, but I don't have a sufficient quantity of an appropriate yarn over here. You gals have fun with this one.

I'm in! Normally, I'm too warm for a sweater, but I'm due with #4 in June and when breastfeeding, if the "girls" get cold, they hurt very badly. So, I'm thinking that this sweater will be perfect to have around for warming the milk makers
I've got to go search the stash to see what I can find for this.

Chelsey,
I'd like to join the KAL. I have no idea what yarn because I just found out about it. I'm thinking I might have some stash that is just begging to be used. (A huge possibility).
This is the cutest sweater! I'm very excited!

Having recently finished a cropped cardi, and being too busy at work to begin any new projects requiring thought, it was easy to say no to the Sprout KAL. But then I saw the pattern for Sprout - Growing Roots, longer length, long sleeves and I couldn't resist. Count me in.
