I too watched the Stand Up 2 Cancer special and support you in urging everyone to give as much as they can. The site will be accepting donations for the next 2 weeks. but, please don't put off giving your financial support to wiping out this devastating disease.
As the mother of a cancer survivor (my daughter was 21 when she was diagnosed with Hodgkins) I stand in awe of all the many people who have fought cancer so strongly and bravely and consider our family blessed to have Celia with us. I cried and cried at her college graduation, 5 months after she completed her treatment.
We have all been touched by cancer, and supporting Stand UP 2 Cancer is one way we can all be active supporters in protecting and helping the ones we love and our future health.
