my boyfriend (ahem, ex) is from the jersey shore. i drove up from VA several times to visit him. despite the fact that you cannot make a left turn in that state, i actually miss it! the beach, rita's italian ice, and the best pizza ever at maruca's in seaside heights. mmmmmm. i am drooling just thinking about it! would i want to live there? no, probably not, but i do miss those visit very much.
