I've really been enjoying your blog - I've had an interest in Alaska for a long time (another "Northern Exposure" viewer here), but I've never made it there. Reading about your adventures brings it a little closer, and the photos are great.

YES! Usually, they ask for around $200.00... If you're interested, I think the two at the bottom of the picture are for sale... maybe if you tell me your hat size, I could go take some pictures of ones that would fit you and you couild decide from there...

By any chance ... does anyone make mittens? We've been searching for warm mittens or gloves that actually work, ever since we moved up here 11 years ago. I'm thinking: fur.
