Oddly enough, I know EXACTLY what you were thinking about with the whole "squished elephant" because I happened to be there the day you wrote it down. It was during the peak elephant teapotting time and you'd had the idea for the one who was squashed with the 100lb weight. Who is probably sitting on your curio shelf right now...
