As a blue stater, I can't tell you how many times I've had to undergo the same type of experiences.

The intolerance of ideological diversity & arrogance of so many liberals is partly based on their insularity. While most "Red Staters" have visted the "Blue States", this rarely goes the other way. Also, while Christians have been exposed to secular theory, very few secularists konw much about Christians.
