Nice post. These folks are really scrambling. If you look at the IRS website, you'll find the Main Street Individual Fund's name change was filed four days after Malkin's post and then three days later, Sarah Chamberlain Resnick was replaced by Kirk Walder.

It is interesting the date on RMSP's legal rep's letter is the same day as the last amendment filing to the IRS.

Coincidence? Oh, I am 100% sure of that.
