Too bad, we could not apply "an eye for eye" punishment like getting some sadistic guys forcibly rape this "guilty" defender to teach him a lesson not to f**k with our people! This illegal immigrant will be not fall under the constitutional protection of the U.S. Constitution like forbading "unusual and cruel punishment". Human rights and civil liberities will be applied to everyone on the Earth anyway.
So we could save $$ than sheltering and feeding an illegal immigrant inside the pentitatary system. We have to bill this person and milk out $$$ of his paycheck from the forced labour. If this person could not possibly pay off the bill. So he have to face the option for an execution or being raped by some sadistic animals.
