Kop, you can't truly believe what you have just said.

First of all, it is highly difficult to get absolute facts anymore. Everything has a slant. Any liberally biased news can be countered by conservatively-biased news, and vice-versa. That's why the only way to truly be an educated man in today's society is to read a little bit everything. Get your Fox News and get your Al Jazeera. Get your Bill O'Reilly and get your Al Franken.

I tell you, my man, that's why I still can't decide whether I am for or against the Iraq War. One moment, I read about how there are now WMDs and I think I'm against it. But then I read a piece by Christopher Hitchens and I begin to think I support it. All quite confusing. Hitchens is the Shit, though. I can't get enough of that guy. For the last year I've been thinking, "I love Pat Buchanan. But I wish he'd quit with all the religious bullshit." And then my prayers were answered with ol' Christopher Hitchens. I tell you, Kop, if you haven't seen Hitchens give the finger to Bill Maher's audience, then you have not yet seen quality television. (It's on Youtube if you still need to see it, by the way).

But moving right along, I had a second point which I now see is unnecessary. I was going to scorn you for stating that only news is good and that spin and talking points are bad. Because that would be silly. A society with nothing but news is a horrific society. We must be able to discuss whether the news is good or bad. But then I saw that you do include "commentary" in your bit there. I'm not quite certain how commentary is better than Talk Radio - other than that it is closed off and does not allow other viewpoints to challenge it - but, well, yes, Talk Radio is a fine thing, I do believe. I just wish Al Franken had been able to make it. If you haven't read "Why not me?" than you have not yet read fine political satire. The enraged cousin carrying the wooden board provided endless laughs.

Oh, and by the way, my recent comments about cool Christopher Hitchens is caused me to go on another seeking of Christopher Hitchens videos. I came across one where he goes on the Daily Show and he utters a line that I'm afraid I'm going to have no choice but to parrot in further arguments with anti-war opponents . . . "Unfortunately, you go to war with the president that you have."

How can't you love the guy? Here, he is stating that (1) The war is right, while (2) President Bush sucks and waged the war incompetantly. Hitchens is the voice of all those like me who have been unable to find a voice in the loud loud debates taking place on cable television.

Get the trapped angels at Japanese Air Force bases out. They have evil alien technology from space, it keeps a captured angel spirit in a prison for years. Make this illegal in all countries. I hope they dont chase angels with starfighters in outer space in the future.
