The U.S. government has done everything it can to undermine the Palestinian government since Hamas was chosen in a fair election.

If we had done as much to help as we have to undermine, we'd be a lot further down the road to peace.

But the Bush administration is not interested in peace -- only in forcing other countries to do as he wants.

I agree jobsanger. Just because they didn't get what they want out of the election, they punish an entire population and push them to the brink of a civil war. Now they have got what they want, it will be interesting to see how much money is thrown at Hamas' opponents.
