Heath Evans is going to be getting a lot of loves from pats fans/media, but let's not forget that yesterday also featured some magic from one Mr. Tim Dwight.
Wrestling a ball away from a DB and then running like hell down to the 17 is what Patriots football is all about for me. So far, he and Heath are the only free agent acquisitions that really measure up to Patriots standards.

That was indeed, excellent. That reminded me of Tedy's heroics last year in the AFC Divisional Playoff game where he ripped the ball away from, I think, Dwight Freeney and then said, "Is this what they were looking for? I think we just wanted it a little more!"
That was most fantastic.

If I recall correctly, Tedy wrestled the ball from Edgerrin James, but yes, it was very reminiscent.
Any time any player does soemthing that reminds me of something that Bruschi did, he's done OK.
Speaking of Bruschi, anyone else have their hearts in their throats when he took to the air yesterday?

Ah, but that's Tedy. It's nerve-wracking, sure. But that's what he does best. Damn near had an interception too. That would have been something.

I'm not gonna lie. One of the reasons I'm beginning to like this Hockey sport of yours is that it makes sentences like that one socially acceptable.

Ahem - yes we do love #'s 44 & # 34 - GREAT additions to the Patriots team.
And Teddy - yeah well that's what Teddy does - and if he was just a tiny bit taller - he'da had that interception - so it's coming but yes I was yelling at the tv also.
Now Bruins - your brother will tell you that all his coaches always said - NEVER let the opposition score in the last or first minute of any period as it is de-moralizing!
Ahem - yeah

I was at the game yesterday, and I swear I shouted, "Don't make me leave here again with a loss!" Not two years in a row. Too close. During one of the good moments, I have to say that the healthy Pats section nearby broke out into a "Who's your daddy," chant. It was funny.

So what exactly is it about the Fins that always gives the Patriots such fits? I wonder if they're allergic to the gases released when orange and teal combine or somesuchathing.
