Polamalu had the ball, no question. All sorts of blown calls so far this postseaon, even with all that waiting around for the replays. And the NCAA wants to do this?
But how about this -- pitchers and cathers report February 15!

You want Mr. Vanderjagt to act all humble? Remind him that in 1996 he was the kicker for the Arena Football League's Minnesota Fighting Pike. The Pike went 4 and 10 -- it was their best season, so it is remembered in these parts as the Pikes' peak. OK, so it was their only season. I wonder if he still has that Pike tattoo...

At the very least, we have another week of Largest Running Back Ever.
And I would be more okay if the Broncos had actually beat the Patriots. Not to take anything away from them, but they scored on offensive fuckups by the Pats mostly. They hung around. But the Patriots offense beat the Patriots. And that is just so frustrating.

Yeah, I hope this isn't being a trader, but I gotta root for Benny. Pats first, I know, but... Is that awful? He's not too shabby with that ball. Come on. Adam almost made me cry the other night and he's my fav. I'll pretend it didn't happen.

I agree with Amy. The Broncos didn't beat the Pats, the Pats beat themselves. They played like they'd never seen the playoffs before. The defining moment of the game, for me, was when they had a quick shot of Belichick being pissed and throwing his play card down on the sidelines. It was only shown for a second, maybe two, but that's when I knew the game was lost. It's great they made it as far as they did considering all the obstacles, but it's still a little galling to lose to a team with Jake Plummer and his unabomber beard at QB.

Ugh. That game was awful.
I feel like I don't even want to watch the rest of the postseason.

I don't care about ANY sport once my team is knocked out. Sox, Pats, B's, C's, NY Giants (long story)... Once they're out of it, who cares? This is why, more often than not, the NBA season is TOO BLOODY LONG.
How long till pitchers and catchers report again?

Agreed, I'm happy when the Pistons win, but it's not like I'm going to watch the games. Me no likey NBA.
I will say that March Madness is looking better and better all the time ...

I'm a recent convert to NCAA hoops. It's better ball, and it freakin' ENDS. One big tournament in March, it's a BLAST and then it's over. NBA? Thugs.
