Even with all the injuries and drama, the Sox almost pulled it out.
Beckett wasn't his usual dominant self, but I kinda blame Manny. He gave a great at-bat, but that gound out the pitcher really kills the Sox... even an RBI single would have likely given the Sox the momentum...

I'm rather thankful for that snapshot for several reasons. One being that Casey and Papi's player bios list their physical stats as exactly the same height and weight. And I'm fairly certain that the bio folk are either being generous to Casey or kind to the man they call BIG Papi. Just a note...
Also, I love that photo because it's yet another example of Sean Casey's never- ending dedication to do-goodedness.
