What are those things you are holding in the picture? Are those the damn thundersticks I heard they were giving out to the first X thousand fans?
Those are indeed Thunder Stix. I take issue with them but not as big of an issue as I take with the Bruins Ice Girls. Of which there are approximately 84 thousand.
And they weren't giving them to Canadiens fans, which I sort of appreciate.
Wrenching loss for the B's, but we should be happy that they are in the play offs.

Yay, a hockey post!! I was there as well. I have seasons so I'm at most B's games. My thundersticks broke before the end of the first. Luckily I have friends in low places and had another set. LOL I, too, have a huge crush on Milan Lucic. And I'm older than you. I feel like a Cougar, but what the hell. He's so much damn fun. When he went to the Montreal bench and rubbed his eyes like they were whiney babies, I felt my heart flutter. LOL The kid is gold. I own one of those Lucic numbered T's. I wear it with a big smile on my face.
About the playoffs....no one expected this team to be out of the cellar, nevermind in the playoffs. And that was WITH Patrice Bergeron. Kudos to them for not only getting in the dance, but showing up and playing some great hockey. If it ends tomorrow night, I'll be proud of my team and wear my Ass Kicker shirt proudly.
