Hey...I just bought some LL Shepherd Sock in Daffodil. |
Lovely Jaywalkers. With sock yarn, it's not really liked buying yarn is it - so you can buy lots and not feel bad. That's my story anyway! |
I have to get some of that Budgie colorway!! I love the contrasting heels/toes/cuff. I did a pair of jaywalkers too, and found myself wanting to knit another pair! Very strange indeed! |
socks and yarn seriously wonderful - thanks for introducing me to these yarns - want them! |
The socks look absolutely fantastic! I love the colours. |
og god bedring!! |
jo..jay to the world! they are absolutely fantastic! and seeing that wonderful sock yarn makes me want it - I even feel like knitting them too!! |
Your socks are sooo happy! They remind me of Fruit Loops cereal or something equally sweet and fun. Yay! |
Hey honey - can I quote this entry in my jaywalker update tomorrow? Pretty please? Mwah! |
Gorgeous socks! |
Those are just about the happiest socks I've ever seen! |
Kristine, those are some of the best Jaywalkers I have seen! and there are *so many* out there! Beautiful striping, and great fit for you. |
Oh, you're such a temptress. I've tried not to notice all the lovely stash you've been flashing lately, but those 75/25gramme combinations - wow. I love the colours and the name of the budgie thing! |
The socks are lovely! |

Oooo! Neat sock yarn idea! I just *had* to click on the link! |
maybe you are addicted to sock yarns. but who doesn't?? jaywalker in stripes is the way to go, i ordered some stripey yarns just for that. thanks for sharing the curious yarn info, though i really don't need to be looking for more yarns. so, please disable your link! |
Nice work on the striping, and your pointy toes have nothing on my pointy toes. I wish mine were only that pointy. |
Those came out so well, and it's amazing how the stripes match! I've added them to the gallery http://www.grumperina.com/gallery.htm (let me know if you mind). |
Those socks are soooo cute. And look at how great they match. Um, the new sock yarn...so wonderful. You're making it really hard for me to not buy yarn! I bookmarked the pade |
They came out so great! yummy stripes! |
Don't you just love internet shopping? One little click and whoops there you go, another pile added to the stash. I'm oggling the Vesper Yarn now on the Knitterly Things site as I've fallen for your Jaywalkers...somebody take my mouse away, please? |
Beautiful socks and gorgeous yarns! Guess where I just shopped? :-D |
there's something very satisfying about finishing a pair of socks, isn't it? your jaywalkers are lovely. |
I must say, I love your stripes! Of all the Jaywalkers I've seen, those are my favorite! Warm toes in the 06! |
Excellent JAYWALKERS! It's so true what you say - each one is so gorgeous in its own right. Can't wait to see what you knit up next! |
