Very cute. That pattern was similar to the one my German aunt and mother used to crank out for all us kids in the '60's. I had a little flashback to my loden green and gray version.

I don't think anyone would notice unless you point it out. If it really bothers you, you could always do a duplicate stitch over that row but I don't think it's necessary. I think both sweaters are fantastic!!!
