Love it! Hope you don't mind me copying you. =)

I love these socks! That top is just too cute. Great job.

I just love the top of these socks! They are beautiful!

The socks are adorable Kris, and I must tell you I feel a little bit of national pride that they're made of Fleece Artist yarn.

Also - Metric is playing at an outdoor festival in Ottawa tonight and I can hear them (interspersed with INXS) through my window as I'm typing right now!

Ciao!

Oh, man, I want your shoes! The socks look great, even more so with the kicky green shoes.

Lovely!! I do love the Giotto cuff. And thanks for introducing me to Swear London -- great shoes!

those are some beautiful socks... I can't wait to see what you're working on for the tour de france kal.

those are lovely! I love the tops!

Very cute shoes too!

Love the socks! And I must say I enjoy working on these rainy fellesferie days. It's so nice and quiet at work. But fingers crossed the rain will stop next week, when I start 4 weeks of (hopefully) sunny holiday. Have a nice summer!

beautiful!

What a beautiful combination! I think you did the right thing; that is a lovely cuff and the plain stockinette stitch leg is a good way to show off the colors of the yarn. Pretty!

I hope your sunshine appears soon.

Lovely socks. That Fleece Artist colourway is really beautiful.
I'm a big fan of the star toe - no grafting required!

Definitely the right choice, switching to stockinette after the fancy cuff. Nice shoes, too!

those are beautiful. the cuff really sets them off.....three weeks, huh? i have heard for many years that those in Europe and Scandinavia get many more days vacation than we do here in the US. I'm lucky if I get 2 1/2 weeks total each year! maybe I should move...

I really like those socks.. I generally LOVE yarn in a pink/green/cream blend... I should get me some one day.

They look really comfy!

Lovely socks and i do like your shoes too!

cute idea to just do the cuffs. works really well with that yarn.

Your socks turned out so pretty!

Beautiful shoes to go with such pretty pretty socks. Love!!

Oh, I love these socks! So gorgeous. I love the Giotto cuff. And those shoes...wow. Fabulous!

eee! i love your shoes!!!

and the socks are very pretty too! (i didn't want them to feel left out...)

um, tell us more about the shoes.
btw, it's been raining here as though it were bergen. you're telling me it's still raining chez toi?

oh haloscan, why did you eat my first comment?

i love the socks. i think changing to stockinette was a great choice, it really does show off that pretty colorway.

i'm drooling over those shoes, they are fantastic!

CUTE socks and shoes! now i wish we have that three weeks holiday that the whole country shuts down.

Pretty socks, but the shoes! Oh I love them!

Pretty socks, and cute shoes! It has been raining here too. And my vacation is soon over. Lucky you! :-D

I love your pattern reinterpretation: just let the yarn speak for itself!

fellesferie oh how I miss it... enjoy it for me too! these americans just dont get the concept... *le sigh*
