We really liked london. You and Stew should vacation there sometime. Seeing some of the sights in person was so cool. Being phobic about heights I was afraid of going on the London Eye, but we did and it was great in good weather. Loved Tower of London and Westminster Abbey. Ate at Bag o'Nails where Paul and Linda McCartney used to hang out. (their slang for toilet is loo)

Look at you exploring and riding the Tube like a native!! You go, girl, and good luck tomorrow with Big Movie Star, whose name, I, of course, know, because I'm your boss!! I'm so glad you love London!

I guess you can see why I married one of those Brits now! Enjoy yourself and have a pint for Andrew and me.

Gravatar Have fun -can't wait to hear more!

Gravatar Kim! Thanks for the detailed report... I'm so envious... I missed my chance to go to London a couple years back. My best friend was living there for a year and I was all set to go only to find out I was pregnant with Piper ... we still tried to go but it just never worked out with all the pregnancy stuff... ARGH! Anyway, I appreciate all the details. Have fun! (BTW... great job!!) --betitjo

Gravatar I'm so glad that you had a good first day in London. Can't wait to hear the rest of the details.

Gravatar I LOVE London! I'm SO jealous of you! Have a cider for me at one of the gazillion pubs there!

Gravatar Man when you finally get away, you REALLY get away. So excited for you! Lived in London for a few months and visited again a decade back and have been pining for my citilove ever since. Glad to hear you're soaking it all in. Enjoy every minute!

Gravatar Oh I am so jealous. I haven't been back since 2002 and I miss it so.
Enjoy every minute! And if you find yourself near Sloane Square, try and find the pub The Duke of Wellington.
That's where I tended bar for the 6 months I lived there!
