Actually Windows Vista Beta 2 HAS Bulgarian Phonetic keyboard layout. Althogh I don't know where Microsoft found it. It is a strange layout, that is almost useless.

I haven't seen that layout yet, but it sounds promising. At least we can change it later.
Instead I did that session sleep walking, I do not remember talking on Vista .
You probably have mistaken me with some other speaker.
