First of all, mr. Kulov - thank you for all the things you did and keep doing in order to push the bulgarian software development going forward.

I wanted only to say few words about Mike. The most suitable phrase for him is : "the best". I say this as I had the chance to work with him for a while. And never had such smooth development with other managers. He really fast became my friend too and I enjoy his presence every time I have the chance to do so. With him you can speak professionally on various topics. Most of my managers are either too busy or interested in other things as ROI, 1/2 man days, charts, timesheets, and so on and so on. With Mike you can speak for this things but he is open for discussions in other areas as well and he is very well prepared I must say.
