What excatly did you do to reapply the security? Did you change it in one spot?

I just followed the ACL specifications in KB 326902 and I saw that IIS_WPG was not recognized as windows security object. I just deleted the unknown object and added the IIS_WPG group again.
Just go through the whole list and make sure your ACLs are looking the same way as described in KB 326902.

while i changed my application pool from default pool to mssharedapppool in property-virtual directory tab it is ok and now my virtual directory is running
