You know? I might could understand leaving you at home alone at 9 for a few hours, but you and an infant? That's too much. Imagine if the bldg would have had a fire? Or someone would have broken in? That's too much for a kid. I learned to be a mom by thinking about all my mother's mistakes and being determined not to make the same ones.
I've said it before on Twitter...I think I'll suck as a mother. I like kids (sometimes) and people tell me I'll be a great mom...but I don't see it. Something about motherhood scares me. Maybe it's because I have a bad relationship with my own Ma.
You're fortunate there's a dude to date. I don't have ANY prospects. NONE!!!
