it was really good to find your site today(thanks to salam pax). especially in the us, we need all the different viewpoints we can get, and the most important viewpoints are from the people who live where our soldiers are occupying the streets.

kurdo, I really appreciate your blog and some of the info. I learn in your comments section. I think you have good ideas of creating positive images of all ethnic groups in Iraq and that you choose to be optimistic instead of hateful even though your people have been treated badly. I am sorry to say I feel the majority of people everywhere are just self serving and lazy and only think of understanding and appreciating the "other" people when they are forced to.

I'm tired of seeing western media portraying Islam as the cause to the current terrorist. Don't they understand the teachings of Islam is about mercy and not to harm others even if they are non-believers. I feel its ashame on the part of our media. I mean, Stalin and Hitler were Christians, why don't be call them that every time we speak of their acts?
