Please don't type in all CAPS, it's the equivalent to YELLING, let alone hard to read, thank you.

Gravatar Congratulations once again!

Gravatar Kurdo - watching the Iraqi elections from around the world and especially in Iraq was truly moving for us here in America. The Kurdish people are always smiling and happy - I feel as if I could just show up in Kurdistan and be fed and housed as if I were family. I'm so happy for you today. Peace be with you all. Our true friends.

Gravatar Im so happy for you all!

My neighbor complained to me about the candle I let burn all night on the door step.

I said, The Iraqis voted!! They have a democracy!!

He looked at me like I was insane. Then he looked embarassed and went back inside.

He is Arab, I do not know of what exact nationality. I just smiled.

Yes, we Americans are crazy!

Gravatar Kurdo,

That's a mighty pretty girl on that first picture

Seriously, this blue finger phenomenon is so cool. I mean, before the elections everyone was worrying that the telltale ink would be a death sentence because the terrorists would know who had voted. Who knew it would become the Badge of Honor?

I just love it.

Gravatar Kurdo, great picture.

Do you think you could at least give Bush an honorary purple finger? I'll give a finger to John Kerry myself (especially after his comments today); not likely to be purple and certainly not the right one

Gravatar Kurdo - thank you for the pictures! We are all so proud of you here in America...a teary eyed joyful kind of proud and thankful to you for your courage and all Iraqis with the badge of honor. You deserve the best!!!

Gravatar Kurdo,

Congratulations once again. I will see if I can dye my finger blue this week in your honor.

My church here in Phoenix cared for some Kurdish people about seven years ago. I wondered why they went home again after being in the US. Now I know why... God needed them back in Kurdistan.

Gravatar Kurdo
Congratulations on the vote! I hope things work out for you and your people.

Gravatar Thanks to all our ture and freedom loving American friends, who care about us. Again thanks for ur encouragements.

We all hope for a better and civilized world.

Regards

Gravatar I have been so excited I cannot sleep. Thank you so much for your blog and sharing this historic time with us.

Gravatar Dear Kurdo,
Thank you for all the pictures you have provided us. We feel as if we were taking this journey with you.
We were overjoyed watching the Iraqi people vote yesterday but I looked forward to hearing your stories on how it went for the Kurdish.
Our thoughts and prayers were with you yesterday and today you have our joy.

Gravatar Congratulations. I'm so glad things went as well as they did. May future elections be even more peacefull, and bring a better life for all Iraqis.

Gravatar thank you uk and usa and everyone for your support

Gravatar Hello Kurdo,
Interesting that the Kurds think of Bush as a great proponent of democracy. In the US, Bush's party has disenfranchaised blacks and stopped votes being counted in Florida. You'd better keep your eyes on those magic votes (and the other ones too!). He's not done with Iraq yet.

Gravatar I am not a good typist & use only one finger to type that gave me tendonitis. I rather stick my finger with blue inc in George,s ass than typing to make Iraq more fucken democratic country, just like fucken US.
