Hey,that is the way of the old west. Right. I know it sucks. The company I work for and have for the past 11 years is owned by my Uncle, who is retired, but run by his son, and I work hard and expect no special favor, and would not expect any. Seems that as a relative you should go out of your way to work harder just so no one would have anything to bitch about. It's called integrity.
