OMG...I can't believe the hoops they make you jump through with health insurance these days. I've never had a situation quite so bad as yours, but I have been on the phone for hours trying to straighten out a dental insurance issue. I'm just trying to get them to cover two pulled teeth my daughter needs for her braces...which are NOT covered, which cost me $6,000!!! At that price, the orthodontist should pull them himself!! It's a nightmare. Why do they make it so difficult for the patient?? It's awful!!
