I'm glad that you found LLB's pearls.
DD has a set of pearls too. In DH's family they start an "add a bead" pearl necklass for the girls at birth. As the child grows she gets a new pearl for each event in her life...and then by the time she gets married she should have a complete set of pearls to wear as her "something old". I should go through DD's pearls and go have it strung with her new pearls again, I tend to put it off for a few years at a time.
The last time I went to get it strung the gal at the jewelry store talked me out of buying her some larger pearls and tried to talk me into just buying her an entire strand of graduated pearls. Yeah, that makes more sense money wise, but it doesn't go with the plan. So when I go again, I'm going to ignore her and just get what I want!
LLB's strand sounds so pretty...I like pink pearls.
We are twins separated at birth. Those are the kinds of thoughts I have that wake me from a deep sleep.
