I gave the IT contract for 104 to Dan’s brother, without going to tender.
I corruptly breached the Electoral Act, using the threat of pulling the party polling contract to get two people fired.
I asked staff to blog against the State Leader, then when it came out, I knifed them as publically as I could to try and rat out of it.
I am not very popular amongst the branch members in Higgins.

Did Dan advise Gadens that he had a conflict of interest, in that his brother was running the IT contract that provided information that is being relied upon in the firings and investigation?
Has there been a breach of the Practice Rules?
Who drafted the contract between 104 and Dan's brother's company?
What do Gadens think about all of this?
What about the fact that Dan is now counting numbers for Julian in Higgins and has stacked in Members to ensure that a good candidate like John Roskam can't win?

Statement

I have today advised the media of the Party’s ongoing investigation of contributions to the blog site hewhostandsfornothing.blogspot.com.
On 14 April the Party President and I became aware for the first time that two Party staff members had been active contributors to the offending blog site. We acted immediately to terminate the employment of those two staff members involved and advised Ted Baillieu of the terminations.
There is no evidence that other Secretariat staff members were involved or had any knowledge of contributions to the blog site.
I was not aware of the identities of any contributor to the blog site before 14 April, and was not aware that contributions were being made from 104 Exhibition Street. Because it had not been the practice of the Party to monitor the electronic activities of staff members I was not aware until 14 April of the involvement of the two offending staff members in the blog site. Any assertions to the contrary are malicious and wrong.
The Party’s investigation of the blog site and contributors to the site has continued from 14 April. As a result of this investigation there is evidence that a small number of other Party members were contributors or provided information for the site to damage Ted Baillieu or other members of parliament. Once the investigation is complete a report will be given to the State President and State Leader.
He looks a bit like Alexi Sales that UK working class comedian who took the piss out of the trendy left from 20 years ago. Remember the line from the little girl at the beginning of the show called Alexi Sales Stuff - "who's that fat bastard".
i think that you will find that Dan is also a shareholder in IT Visits...
and that Dan was the person behind the failed attempt to kill kim wells...
Nutt should also look at how much IT Visits have been paid, and for what...

I leased part of 104 Exhibition Street – a direct legacy of Robert Menzies – to Tolarno Galleries, who displayed Bill Henson’s child porn in the Liberal Party’s own building.
