I have known Mike Hill for a long time and can support your case that he's a hypocrite. There are many other examples of it too which hopefully Mike is now worried about.
Brunswickians couldn't be any angrier about what happened with Westwyck and believe me Andy there'll be many people who don't like your politics who'll be cheering you on today.

One of the best expose's of the decade. Mike Hill is as corrupt as ever. The millions of dollars he stands to make will keep him in well stead until whis final demise.

Take heart Mike - at least you didn't send fake emails to newspapers using fabricated names, or put in submissions on ward boundary changes under your 11 year old daughters' name.
The mail I get is that he was directly behind the protest that disrupted and effectively stopped the the auction of the school (ie when the auction was taking place) and then submitted a private bid to the agent that was succesful.
Of course, this is only strong rumour and may need to be verified.

May I suggest you ruin your eye over the debacle of the old Coburg Hiogh School site in Bell Street. Council's ALP majoriity voted to demolish the heritage listed facade last Novemebr against council offices recommendations.
Is this the same Mike Hill who once was quoted in the Moreland Leader as saying "The matter of the next Mayor of Moreland is solely a matter for the ALP caucus"? Democracy at work!
