The OC // Andrew Landeryou's Blog of Freedom

Andrew, on this one you are barking up the wrong tree. Frydenburg lost on both local and State Council delegate pools. And the drawing of random State Council delegates was overseen by Frydenburg, as was his right under the Constitution. Still, an interesting twist on your previous post.

this is very concerning. Even though candidates are allowed to "scrutineer" the draw, it is a computerised draw, and the lists used to make the draw are not available to to the scrutineers.

Andrew, you are right that there must now be a question mark over this ballot.

shame, susan, shame.

very sad that josh can now longer be certain that he lost fair-and-square.

The reason Frydenburg lost was because the then Costello forces lined up behind Petro. Josh never had any ground of support apart from the Kooyong 200 Club.

it is imperative not only that party votes are fair and unbiased, but that they are seen to be so.

Sadly, thanks to Sheezel and his staff leaving 104 as a burning wreck, this is no longer the case.

Andrew,

Truth or not. In the wake of fingers being pointed at Simon Morgan regarding the Admin Committee, this allegation is a fair call. All internal party ballots would have to be assumed to be corrupted (But what's new about that?.

Gravatar Petro is the man for Kooyong not Josh who is only a former federal ministerial clerk who appears full of himself. Petro is not a war monger while Josh is (Iraq). These 20 something boys think they run the country but they don't. Josh why don't you try out in a ALP seat first and see how you go. Incidentally, Kooyong tennis club which Josh plays at is not in Kooyong electorate.

PS: It would have been simpler to hand Tony Mokbel to Hezbollah as they know how to deal with drug dealers. Off with his head.

Gravatar "Petro is not a war monger while Josh is (Iraq).:

Then clearly Josh is the man for the job. Petro must be, if the above is true, an effete loser.

Gravatar All of Admin should be put to the sword - they have been proven to be disloyal to Ted.

Simon Morgan was clearly a puppet of Kemp, Snell, Glynn, Nockles, Milnes, Mercer-Moore etc - Ted id you want to surviv eyou must remove them all - they are the real traitors.

As for the Senators - apart from Troeth who is worthy of support?

Gravatar What has this Josh ever achieved in public life?

Gravatar I've heard that Ted has told a number of key MPs, including Wendy Lovel and Kim wells that they need to spread the word at branch/party meetings that there is a core of high level Libs white-anting the State team, especially him. I can personally confirm that I attended a meeting at which 1 MP directly implicated several Admin members and 3 Fed MPs by name and their staffers.

Ted is not calming matters down, rather he is escalating the war to a new level - does he think he can win? If so will the electorate support him after his purges.

As I understand it, he wants to reverse some Senate preselections (how can this be done under the constitution?), have a second vote for Admin positions (under the pretext that Simon Morgan was returning officer) and put pressure on Kemp and his mate Glynn to resign as President and Treasurer respectively.

I have heard that Glynn has been told by a Baillieu MP that no matter what (ie how much he helps) he will be shunned by any future Baillieu Government. Glynn has disappeared but from someone close to Glynn I was told he was bluntly told to go because he is seen as being in the wrong group.

The rumour (I admit this is a second hand rumour from a dubious source)is that Carson or one of his close mates will be appointed President and another mate of his Treasurer.

While Kemp has become the no. 1 target to be removed and replaced, Helen Kroger is the number 1 figure of hate.

I personally think Ted will win the battle - there are already signs of likely resignations from Admin and Ted will not let up. Kemp will resign if he loses enough key supporters so the theory doing the rounds goes.

Ted's leaking of emails has upset many but these people are unlikely to fight Ted publicly - they would rather just slip away.

The Senators are the only possible obstacle but I think they will retreat once they lose control of Admin.

These are just my thoughts as an observer 2 steps removed from the action. I would appreciate knowing what others think.

Gravatar Dear Lib branch member,

I doubt you are a branch member.

Gravatar why?

Gravatar "I can personally confirm that I attended a meeting at which 1 MP directly implicated several Admin members and 3 Fed MPs by name and their staffers."

You didn't name the branch and date and MP. That's why.

Gravatar answer: wendy lovell last week

Gravatar i should add that she made her comments in her prepared speech, not in response to questions. furthermore she said that she had based her comments on Ted's briefing to the party room.

Gravatar the more people keep this on the boil, the more damage it does publicly. labor must be rubbing its collective hands in glee at this public washing of dirty linen

Gravatar Time for the GTM Express to come in and clean things up.

Gravatar I agree and I am guilty to a small degree but I justify this to myself by the fact that very few people read these blogs other than political types. This story will however only go away when either Ted has pretty much total victory over his perceived (underlined) enemies or he is removed as leader - it has gone too far now for any other outcome, unfortunately. The rhetoric coming from those close to Ted is amazing and I can only assume it's being directed by him.

Gravatar ***the more people keep this on the boil, the more damage it does publicly. labor must be rubbing its collective hands in glee at this public washing of dirty linen***

Nonsense. Bloodletting can be very cathartic, for a party in crisis. Ted is even more deluded than we thought if he thinks he's winning this one.

Gravatar my theory is that Kemp is the real target- if they can get rid of him and appoint their own President, then they can get control of 104 resources for the State Campaign and direct less to the federal campaign.

The problem is how to get of Kemp. The solution might be to remove most of his key supporters on Admin and leave him no choice but to resign/retire.

Gravatar There are 20 members on Admin - only one supports Ted - that happens to be Ted.

Don't think for a moment that the other 19 are going to roll over.

If there is to be a battle between Ted and the Admin Committee Ted will lose.

Gravatar All the Way with JA.

JA for Higgins.

Sheezel for Tarneit.

Gravatar but what are we going to do about the questions over petro's preselection?

Gravatar Wendy Lovell... well... that's disappointing.

Gravatar Not a fan of Petro, not a fan of Chandler - but does anyone seriously believe she rigged the State Council delegates for that preselection?

Does anyone seriously beleive that a talentless hack like Josh could possibly win Kooyong unless he had stacked out the branches?

Gravatar Josh sounds like another young zionist thug to me,,,My word wasn't Malcolm Fraser brave in fronting that pain Mark Leibler...he bravely said that Israel has to give up it's
agressive stance and behave like a reasonable and normal country not like a small spoilt child.,,well I will drink
to that!!

Gravatar RGM - I think you might be Wacko Jacko in a fairly piss weak disguise.

As for silly old Mal - he is a traitor to his own people - a bit like Antony Lowenstein.

Gravatar Melbourne Ports ALP MP Michael Danby has mentioned me twice this week in the AJN. His comments are inaccurate as usual. Is he now the new Manny Waks? I bloged a reply on the AJN online site so it will be intersting to see if they get a run. The AJN blog generally is non existent since the new owner took it over. Hardly see "chook" Michael and Jane these days. Is the AJN being censored or are the reporters just plain lazy?

Gravatar Media Watch is dealing with Israel and Fairfax censorship (in Sydney) right now. The show is repeated later in the week.

Gravatar With Rudd withdrawing the troops from Iraq (good one Kev) will Josh and Danby be the only "warriors" willing to continue the fighting. Can you imagine Michael, who did a years Army Reserve officer training as young adult, waddling up the hill with his Austria (where Hitler came from) rifle to attack an Iraqi village. "Follow me men" calls Danby -but only 2 did and then only out of curiosity to see if he gets shot.

Gravatar Why don't these loopheads (JA, Sheezel etc) contest ALP marginals that could fall if decent candidates ran in them?

Gravatar I see Choo Choo is still fantasising about the coming of Muddler. A thin voice shouting in the wilderness...

Gravatar Yeh they might as well because there is no such thing as a safe liberal seat in metro melbourne anymore

Gravatar Anon: safe Liberal or Labour seats are not certain as the Federal Libs and Kirner ALP MP's found out in the end. Bernie Finn (Lib) won Broadmeadows for a while.

On another point the AJN reports this week that Dick Pratts foundation donated $200,000 to 104 HQ last year. He certainly boarded the wrong tram with that donation but why did the 104 HQ Libs (Sheezel and Co)accept a donation from a convicted greedy f**king crook in the first place?

Gravatar Adrian Jackson, we are really not interested in your anti Jewish commentary on every blog. You are entitled to your opinions but know that most people, especially those not on medication, are really not interested. Do you have a life outside of contributing to these blog sites? Watch TV or dare I say get some friends.

Gravatar ASW: You are interested otherwise you would not have commented

Gravatar "I agree and I am guilty to a small degree but I justify this to myself by the fact that very few people read these blogs other than political types"

Oh, the charming naivety of the man!

Did you entirely miss all of the occasions when the Age has stolen stories from Andrew's fine and patriotic blog? Journ-a-lists, my silly Liberal party member, jour-na-lists. They also read "these blogs".

Gravatar ASW: I'm listening to Andrew Denton. Had ABC TV in all evening. Did you see media watch tonight? Story about SMS censorship of the outgoing Middle East correspondents last article. Is Manny Waks working for the SMS now?

Gravatar Good night

Gravatar I like Andrew blog but it does not surprise me if some steal his material. Some mainstream reporters/editors are lazy or have to fine a deadline. I think Michelle Gratton once said she regrets the early (9-5) deadline as she use to work much later to get the best story.

Gravatar The GTM Express is coming closer.

Gravatar So is next Christmas, you w*nker!

Gravatar Whatever, Foreskin.

Gravatar If I was Terry Muddler, I would be very worried that Choo Choo is acting as puppeteer, with his hand firmly on the 'throttle' of the GTM Express.

Terry, you should be speaking up for yourself.

Gravatar Muddler, have a quiet chat with the excitable Choo Choo quickly before he completely buggers your political career.

Gravatar At the very end of the day, anti-semitism, in whatever its forms, is abominable, revolting and plain disgusting!

In today's modern world we should be measuring the worth of a person - not by their ancestry, their origins, their wealth or their political views.

We should be looking only at the person.

Gravatar Tezza - Choo Choo is a troublemaker. He's trying to sink you. You've a gentlemen and have dainty feet. But give him a hefty kick up the Kyber. If you contact me privately (via Secretariat), I can supply his DNS and ISP addresses.

Gravatar Adrian Jackson is an obsessed old man.

His anti-Jewish rants are pathetic but most of all, boring.

The man betrays his own hatred to everyone here. Good spot, ASW.

Adrian, what army unit did you serve in?

Gravatar Anon9: haven't you Mossad mates told you what I did in the ARmy.

Anyhow here is my 23 year Record of Service: 1972 1RTB (Rec), 1972 Infantry Centre (Corps Trg), 1972 OTU Scheville (OCS Portsea Wing)(Officer Cadet), 1973 5RAR, 1973/4 5/7RAR, 1974/5 2/4RAR (incl 3 months at RAAF Butterworth, Malaysia), 1975/76 Infantry Centre (Instructor), 1977 HQ 1TF, 1978/9 DSG/DSU Puckapunyal (Housing Officer), 1980/81 DSU Melbourne (Mess Mngr), 1982/83 CARO, 1984/87 1RVR (QM), 1988/91 HQ 3MD (AW Branch), 1992/1995 DSU/BASC Puckapunyal (AO).

Whilst at DSU Puckapunyal in 1979 I was medically downgraded with inflamation of the bowel - an unpleasant illness. Hense the largely desk jobs after however I am in remission and have been for last 25 years. Mother died of bowel cancer in 1982.

Gravatar Anon9: So what is you service history, if any?

Gravatar Adrian, when were you commissioned and what rank did you achieve?

Gravatar Ex 1RAR soldier: Yes an ARA commission but couldn't you work that one out from my RoS above?

Gravatar Captain

Gravatar we might have some old friends in common

Gravatar Typical Liberals. Just scratch the surface and you find an eurosentric white Australia supporter with a sever cultural cringe.
