Scott Ryan #3 Senate spot is not really safe. If Labor wins in a landslide as the polls predict then the Liberal Party will not win 3. Chances are the NP will pick up the third spot not the Liberal Party. (Unless Howard does the unexpected and holds a double)
Scott Ryan has every reason to run again for Admin Committee. He knows that if the Jeffistas have the numbers on Admin that the Senate preselction from last year will be declared null and void and will be reopened.
Faced with real competition in a new preselection in a Jeffista dominated Policy Assembly Ryan would be unlikely to retain the number 3 spot.

The ticket has already been endorsed. To disendorse an endorsed candidate requires 75% of those members of Admin Committee present at a valid meeting to vote for the disendorsement. Then Admin can call a new Convention (if time permits, otherwise Admin decides replacements) Refer Cl.25.5 of the Party's Constitution.
Let's assume that if such a controversial decision was before Admin Committee that every single Admin Committee Member would be present. This would be 20 people:

Dr Kemp - President
Julian Glynn - Treasurer
4 Vice Presidents
8 General Admin Cttee members
1 YL Pres
1 CCWS Chairman
2 Past Presidents who were President less than three years ago (Helen and Russell)
Even if Team Kennett won all 4 VPs and 8 general admin spots (unlikely) only 6 people would be required to defeat such an audacious move.
Cossie, Dr Kemp, Helen, Russell, Julian, YL Pres and CCWS Chairman (7) would vote against it.
Even if there were the numbers to get rid of Helen and Scott - which there clearly isn't - what makes you think that Policy Assembly, out of anger at Admin for making such a reckless and pointless move, wouldn't just return the same candidates?
Even if somehow Team Kennett miraculously had the numbers this would still be a dangerous path to go down. Imagine the factional infighting it would unleash! Not to mention the Extraordinary Meeting of State Council that would be called to overrule Admin’s decision.
There are far too many problems with your dream scenario. Actually, it is more of nightmare scenario to me. I am sure the ALP and media would tear the Party to shreds for embarking on such foolery.

The way forward is to ensure that Kroger and Ryan are one term Senators. This hardly a new phenomenon given the fate of Senators Synon and Tchen.
The Jeffistas would seek to replace Scott Ryan with Bev Macarthur, hideous wife of the hero Stewart (now that must be one miserable bloke, stuck with Madam Bossyboots). Since her disappointment at the preselection, she has been doing her best to enhance her reputation as a poisonous cow. And succeeding. It would be a dark day if she ever got to Canberra.

The party wants candidates of capacity - unlike Helen Kroger who is both lackign in capacity and bone lazy - but hangs on to the name of Kroger till her last breath. And we hear that ex hubby wants to run for Federal Pres of the Liberal Party.

4 Vice Presidents- Jenny Matic , metro femal VP is uncontested as part of a deal to get David Kemp up as Presdient.
Noni Bartlett is a nice lady but out of her depth and has no leadership or public speaking skills qualities whatsoever; another 2 vacancies exist ; one to replace Scott Ryan ( who is running for admin and should be focused on winning his spot at the Fed election!); Bill Parsons is likely to be replaced by John Lithgow widely considered as a man of some integrity and capacity as a successful small business man;
8 General Admin Cttee members - the Liberal Party needs some new blood and persons who are not in the pocket of Peter Costello or Michael Kroger but will work for the party in a non- factional way. Ditch Sandra Mercer Moore and Jeanette Milnes with both women widesly despised for their divisive and destructive activiteis in the party especailly branch stacking and pre-selection fixing.

Helen Kroger is an absolute disgrace. She embodies all that is rotten about the Victorian Division under the Costello control.
Under her term as President she divided and made so many enemies in the Party and was then rewarded a position on the Senate. Her hatred of anyone meant that we did not win any Federal seats in the 2004 Federal election.
Lets all hope when Rudd wins the Federal election that a double dissolution is called and we can get rid of this cancer within the Party. This means sycophants Kroger, Fifield, Ronaldson, Pierce, Smith and of course that main turd Costello.
