That is, where there is an odd number of voters and every voter casts a valid vote the difference between the two candidates' votes must be an odd number.
Similarly, where there is an even number of validly cast votes, the difference between the two candidates' votes must be an even number.

I live in Holt, so what I want to know is if the Administrative Committee does reject Ken, does Emmanuel automatically get in. Or do they seek other candidates - if that is the case then Michael Shepherdson should run, he has the passion and drive for the electorate which far surpasses the other two. He will at least focus on the electorate issues instead of seeking the pay cheque like some do.
Either way, most voters will be looking at Howard and Rudd when voting instead of Aldred and Byrne.
The voters will decide. They will kick Ken's arse to kingdom come. Let us hope that this ridiculous pre-selection is overturned pronto. If this is the calibre of candidate backed by the Kennettistas, it's time to become a fully paid up member of the Costroger faction.

If Admin decides not to endorse Ken then it will most likely call another preslection (Cl.25.2(c)) and make Ken ineligible to run at the second Convention.

Correction- there is a State Council coming up in April, so it would be a very brave shit fight for curent admin commmittee members given that it is also an AGM with internal elections to the admin comittee.
