This is like an episode of Air Accident Investigations. Some blame the pilots and navigator. Others say the ground staff including sales, have no idea what punters want. But the real problem is trying to run 'Liberal Air' using an outdated WWII converted bomber. No-one remembers how to service a plane this old. Even Brian Dixon of Qantas couldn't help (he said his Mongolian engineers don't speak English, and have never seen a AVRO Lancaster airliner before).
The point is that 'Liberal Air' needs a modern fleet, a caring staff, and some expert packagers who can make travel on the airline relevant and fun in a dark, weird world!

Helen Kroger was chairman of the Communications Committee about 10 years ago so you may have a point.
If Costello stands down and causes a by-election and Julian Sheezel and Jason Aldworth have shat in their own nest over the blog issue surely the obvious candidate for Higgins is Adam Held.
Held stood in Melbourne Ports last election, lives in Sth Yarra, was a Stonnington Councillor and Mayor I think, is now well known due to the Chandler incident and he appears to be a good bloke.
The Jews will be happy as they will have a Liberal in Federal Parliament to counter Labours Michael Danby (Melbourne Ports).
A win win for the Libs all round as Labour will never win Higgins.

Okay, is it up to me to put a little bit of sense to this blog. Hmmmm. Firstly everybody in Libs should support their leader good or bad (eg Ted). And most importantly what does Fatty Doyle have to provide for us Vics? Answer - What is the best restaurant to go to for lunch each and every day with McPerton!!! Or could it be what woman Fatty prefers on the day? Seriously though, as an outsider, Ted should be supported as leader and that way maybe Libs may just get somewhere in politics.

We need people in our Federal Parliament with at least something between their ears. I know I can't talk much but at least I have (some) integrity.
Please Policy Assembly get rid of this insidious factional player. Someone (anyone) at PA needs to move a no confidence motion in Madam mucks pre selection and boot her out on her fat arse.

I agree Blogger 7.01 - little man syndrome can be disastrous. I havent worked it out yet but I think that he could be Fatty and McP in one, seems to respond to posts very quickly between the two. But maybe not - maybe they are two guys that just have the long legged blonde haired females swarming over them!

If they won't let Ted push them (or get Ted first) - (Well it was my party and we cry) but then we split and run Upper House tickets everywhere!!!! Talks with Dems proceed. I just can't believe people in such positions wrote their true thoughts down on e-mail, because trust me, as someone whose e-mail account has been hacked before, nothing in the virtual world is safe. And I know as a fact that e-mails can be used as a legal document, so I am more astounded by the sheer stupidity than anything else? In politics, you should never write anything in an e-mail you don't want shared with your opposition.
