Did I ever mention that Chris Nugent should be the next Member for Aston.

Good story Andrew. The guy is a weirdo and he gives women the willys when he walks by at Knox City Shopping Centre. Something not quiet right about the guy.

Gravatar He loves the feeling of silk on his privates.

Don't we all?

Gravatar My dear Fatty, the dearest of dear Fatties,

Where exactly is Knox? I fear the poor residents of that place may have some social problems - the same kind of problems that inflict St Albans. As I once said of St Albans:

"There are lots of highly intelligent children in St Albans, Cabramatta, or Toowomba, but whose development and capacity to end up coming to your attention is held back because their schools don't have the money for the technology, or don't have the teachers who are adept at utilizing cheaper forms of technology. Or even worse, whose parents have no interest and gain their cultural fulfilment from General Hospital, Days of Our Lives, Midday and Neighbours."

As I discovered, there were even families in Doncaster with the same shortcomings! I could tell they had no interest in reading or cultural fulfilment because they DIDN'T EVEN READ MY WEB SITE! They should have been grateful that they had the world's first WEO (Wired Elected Official) representing them and imparting his wisdom online.

So - where shall we have lunch on Friday? Perhaps we could go out to Knox. Is it anything like Daylesford?

Gravatar Victor my dearest friend, Knox is out in the sticks - it is even further out than Burwood. I doubt if the roads are suitable for my Black CLK, I suspect you need a GL Class to navigate on the long, rough and windy roads.
I think back in the days when Victorians were lucky and priviledged enough to have us in parliamentary power, we visited Knox to cut some ribbon and from memory the wining and dining was very poor and not fit for dashing chaps like us.
Again Victor you are correct!
As for dining there on Friday, I think NOT in Knox, the dress is moccasins, they eat McDonalds, drink Jim Beam, work in Blue Collar jobs and vote for the ALP.
I suggest Vue de monde and I think it is your shout!!

Gravatar The Victorian Electoral Commission originally recommended three three-councillor wards in their representation review last year for Knox Council. That would have meant proportional representation. We Liberals didn't want that in Knox so we got to work and put in a very large number of submissions, many from front groups we controlled, urging single councillor wards for Knox. We are doing the same thing now this year in Boroondara.

We got what we wanted. The Victorian Electoral Commission saw the light. They rejected the submissions from the Proportional Representation Society and their lackies and PR nuts like van der Craats, Lyle Allan and Andrew Gunter. Knox will have single councillor wards at this years elections.

Might not be a good thing though if the wrong faction wins all the seats. That is very likely.

Gravatar No one cares. This guy is a champ.

Gravatar Pearce not only purchases but wears his wife's underwear. He does so even when sitting in Parliament.

This might sound a bit weird but between 1% and 3% of men regularly wear womens clothing so its no big deal.

Gravatar Pearce wear ladies undies??? Balony. Has anyone seen his knockout wife????

Gravatar Makes you wonder Bernie Finn used to be his electoral officer.

Gravatar 1 to 3% of men wear women's clothing, where did you read that, in the Labor Herald?

Gravatar Not much of a story. Sounds as if the King of Knox has annoyed a few locals on Knox Council - nothing to get excited about.

This story does not put any dents in Chris' "Liberal Hero" status within the Liberal Party.

Gravatar My friends in the Concerned Christian Families of Mitcham do not endorse men wearing women's underwear.

As for myself, I take a more liberal view...

Gravatar My dear Fatty, I agree with your excellent suggestion. Vue de monde tomorrow at 12.30.

It is indeed my shout.

Gravatar PEARCE and his obvious attempt to control the Knox Council to ensure their is no antagonists on the council that may speak against him is nothing new. Have a look at Casey City Council and how Upper House State Member Inga Puelich is involving herself in the machinations of the council, assisted by the Liberal associated CEO Mike Tyler. She is desperate to rid Casey Council of ANY Councillors remotely linked with Labor to ensure her best mate Mike maintains the strong hold to ensure the Casey Council will be nothing more than an attack arm for the Libs leading up to the next State / Fed Elections.

Gravatar tulla | Homepage | 03.26.08 - 10:50 pm | # - Indeed and Finn is the same ahole who voted down stem cell research. Its a wonder how he got a job with Pearce - he is a bit Left for Finns views......

Gravatar Yeah, BroadyBoy, for someone who sincerely belives that an embryo is a human life to vote against legislation sanctioning the destruction of embryos - has to be the act of a real ahole!

Or maybe, fuckwit, it is an internally consistent act of someone who genuinely belives that an embryo is a human life and therefore can't support its destuction - even in the name of meidcal research.

Just because Bernie does not agree with BroadyBoy, that does not make him an ahole.

Gravatar Luke Donnellan is desperate to install a couccil that falls to its knees at the sight of a Labor MP.

Gravatar I like to rule the Casey Council for my boss, big Lukey!

Gravatar Anon | 03.27.08 - 2:50 pm | # - is that you Bernie? or one of your henchmen from the Right to Life assc ?

Gravatar Tony Smith will be pissing himself about this story.

He is always slagging Pearce off, nicknaming him the "turning point" because Smith thinks Pearce was so self important after the by-election win (the reality being nobody notice Smith because he is too busy having lunch).

Smith thinks he is "above" council politics (and most other kinds of politics for that matter). At least Pearce is having a go!

Gravatar Tony could you give me a lift down to Centrelink tomorrow?

Gravatar Tony Smith is a himbo.

Gravatar The ALP bleeding about Liberals wanting single-member wards is nuts given the ALP fought to have single member wards in areas where it suited them. Look at Hobsons Bay where disgrace ALP heavyweight and brawler BRAD MATHESON sent in submissions on behalf of his young kids to support his preference for single member wards. (MATHESON ended up resigning from council and the Municipal Association of Victoria in disgrace over that and many other nasty things he did in Hobsons Bay - some haven't even come out yet because he resigned so quickly).

BRAD MATHESON even sent submissions identical to his own to the VEC under the names of residents that don't even exist. The VEC still counted them!

Signed,

Steven Kingshot and Bill Baarini

Hobsons Bay City Council Elections 2008

Gravatar What about Craig Landgon MP for Ivanhoe. Spends all his waking hours trying to take over Banyule City Council. He also never became Mayor. Gee, you could almost just swap his name with Pearce couldn't you?!

Gravatar Yes, true enough. But at least Pearce succeeds. Langdon only got 1 Councillor out of 7 and let 2 Liberals get on there.

LANGDON IS A HAS BEEN JOKE!

Gravatar Leave Brad Matheson and Steve Kingshott alone. They ran rings around the liberals and noe cons in Hobsons Bya and still do !!! Matheson will return and Labor will continue to rule in Hobsons By !!!

Gravatar The Liberal "Independents" in Hobsons Bay had no idea about what they were doing in the VEC electoral review. They stuffed up badly, the Hobsons Bay Community First Liberal front headed by transexual Antoinette (Tony) Briffa & gay blade Hans Paas, asked an independent candidate (Gaynor Aitkins) to submit false letters to the local papers under her name. They sledged matheson about his family submissions to the VEC but Paas's teen age sons submitted to the VEC on boundary changes (hypocracy), and they then switched their submission to a multi member wards preference when they realised that not one of them would be elected under a single ward system. Truly dumb. Bring Matheson back, at least he showed leadership and intellect.

Gravatar The Party Futures Reforms being proposed will mean that the future of the Liberal Party will be in my hands , and my factional bosses Cossie and Kroges.

All is on track . We have managed to contain the damage by preventing any unsolicited discussion of the Federal Campaign disaster.

And the Futures Forums AFTER STATE COUNCIL, means I will single handedly prevent any airing of criticism until after ALL the AGM elections are over.

The extent of my evil intelligence even astounds me.
