Well, yes. But that's not necessarily a good thing. Do we really want a project -where the green left spend months tilting at windmills- to come to an end? If I was Premier for a day I'd come up with all kinds of provocative schemes to tie them up in knots- solely so that, at the end, they'd go home embittered, with the sour taste of defeat in their thin-lipped mouths.
