Inga can be a little difficult but rather than being seen as a factional flip-flopper, in my view she is just being her independent self.
She does say some cruel and unnecessary things about people behind their back but at least she works hard and has the party's overall interest at heart.

Many years ago, he was caught hiring a laminating machine and a motel room near Melbourne University to create forged student ID cards for internal political elections.
In that Melbourne hotel room, thousands of Melbourne University student ID cards were forged to give unwarranted representation at a youth conference.
As a result he won internal elections and became a powerful figure in his faction, so much so that there is talk of him becoming Premier.
As the chief organiser of the student forgery his name appears on all documents relating to the exercise.
Unfortuantely, his political enemies from the other leading Victorian political party have their hands on those documents and when he challenges to become Premier of Victoria in the future - they will come out.
Those actions will eventually lead to convictions. That is far worse than any racist remarks that were made in 2000, 8 years ago.

Inga is no threat to local state Labor MP's, she is however a threat to her own Liberal Party due to the choice of racist staffers she employs (although, I'm quite sure Michael Shepardson is not a racist) and her focus on trying to control the upcoming local government elections so she can financially support candidates (using her parliamentary allowance) and in the end have councils doing her dirty work for her.
As far as Inga goes, she is very good at appearing in local papers slamming the state government but anyone can do that when in opposition, its different when you are in government. Inga should concentrate on instead of merely 'bagging' the State Government which as I said, any simpleton can do and instead, put up alternate solutions to problems and how these solutions will be funded. Only than will big Inga show her true value instead as merely being seen as a big fat whinger!!
